Sample Probes
You have a choice of sample probes:
- PTFE sleeved and lined stainless steel
- Stainless steel
- PEEK
We also have a range of septum piercing needles. |

Septum Piercing Kit
Septum
piercing stainless steel sample probe, 0.8mm ID. This needle has
been specifically developed for the multiple injections required
by an autosampler. It is cone tipped with side hole access for sample
aspiration to protect from blockage due to septum coring.
A sheath provides strength as well as functioning as a venting device
to relieve pressure imbalance when sampling from a sealed vial.
The septum piercing kit includes a Low Probe Guide/Vial Stop which
serves to hold the sample vial down as the sample probe is withdrawn. |

Sample Racks
Aim Lab supplies a range of generic and customised sample racks. |

Standards Racks
The Standards Racks can be used to accommodate calibration samples, QC samples or even reagents. Each Standards Rack kit includes three push fit locating pins to position it on the Rack Location Mat. The racks have a protective coating. |

Fixed Wash Reservoir
The Fixed Wash Reservoir (FWR) is located alongside the Standards Rack and cleans the sample probe between samples. It is made from polypropylene and includes both an inlet for wash solution and outlet for waste. A locking mechanism locates the FWR securely on the Rack Location Mat. |

Moving Rinse Station
The Moving Rinse Station (MRS) is an optional wash reservoir that mounts on the sample probe and washes the probe as it moves from one sample to the next. The wash cell has inlet and outlet connections for circulation of fresh wash solution (requires optional dual channel peristaltic pump). As the sample probe retracts into the MRS, it is cleaned both externally and internally. This is an attractive option for maximizing sample throughput and controlling the size of the air bubble in the sample transfer line. |

Integral Wash Pump
A
wash pump is available to provide a supply of fresh wash solution
to the selected wash reservoir. The wash pump is a dual channel
peristaltic pump with four acrylic rollers. It can accommodate a
range of different sized bridged tubing for delivering different
flow rates of liquid. |

Protective Cover
A
transparent cover protects samples and standards from dust and drafts.
The cover sits over the autosampler unit with sliding door access
for removal or loading of sample and standards racks. The cover
comes in a ready-to-assembly kit form to reduce freight costs. The
cover has provision for an optional purge connection and/or an exhaust
outlet to remove corrosive or solvent fumes. |
