A wash pump is available to provide a supply of fresh wash solution to the selected wash reservoir. The wash pump is a dual channel peristaltic pump with four acrylic rollers. It can accommodate a range of different sized bridged tubing for delivering different flow rates of liquid.

The Sample Transfer Pump is a single channel, low cost, stand-alone peristaltic pump for transferring sample from a sample vial to the analyser.

The pump has variable speed and requires a separate power supply to the autosampler. Its neat compact size means that it can be conveniently located close to the host analyser.

The MRS is an alternative wash reservoir that washes the sample probe as it moves from one sample to the next. The cleaning of the probe takes place above the samples saving probe travel and therefore time between samples. It also offers a secondary benefit in that it reduces the size of the inter-sample air bubble. The MRS consists of a body and wash cell that is mounted on the accessories plate at the base of the probe carriage. The wash cell has inlet and outlet connections for circulation of wash solution which requires the optional wash pump. The sample probe is cleaned on the outside by circulating wash solution as it is drawn up or pushed down through the MRS. The inside of the sample probe is cleaned once the tip is fully retracted into the MRS. The MRS is only suitable for aqueous wash solutions.

A transparent cover protects samples and standards from dust and drafts. The cover sits over the autosampler unit with sliding door access for removal or loading of sample and standards racks. The cover comes in a ready-to-assembly kit form to reduce freight costs.

The cover has provision for an optional purge connection and/or an exhaust outlet to remove corrosive or solvent fumes.
