From Ai Scientific to Aim Lab

For over 30 years Ai Scientific's success has been founded on two divisions - Analytical Instruments and Laboratory Automation.

As of December 1st 2008 both divisions were given the opportunity to grow independently through a focus on the specific requirements of their respective customers.

The Analytical Instruments Division of Ai Scientific merged with DKSH.  As a result Ai Scientific's Laboratory Automation division was renamed to Aim Lab Pty Ltd.

This new name reflects our focus on the application, customisation & service of leading edge automation systems for today's laboratories. 

I believe that continued world class performance and future growth can best be achieved by increased focus and now is the time for the company to concentrate it's resources on Laboratory Automation technology and providing solutions that make laboratories safer, more efficient workplaces.

The range of solutions available from Aim Lab includes the PathFinder pathology robots, AIM autosamplers systems along with Tecan's advanced automation and detection solutions.

Whilst the email addresses now finish with aimlab.com other details remain the same such as the office location, people and the ownership - I will continue to be the 100% owner and CEO of the Aim Lab.
