For the last two years Tecan has worked closely with our partner Aim Lab Pty Ltd to promote and support the Tecan range of laboratory instruments in both Australia and New Zealand.

We have now taken the next step and expanded our presence in Australasia. We are pleased to announce that together with Aim Lab Pty Ltd we have incorporated Tecan Australia Pty Ltd* at the beginning of 2010.

Tecan Australia is committed to ensuring all your experiences with both your Tecan instrument and Tecan as a company are of the highest standards. Core to this is that we have maintained the same highly trained team of support and sales personnel you are familiar with.

I myself have joined the team as General Manager and am proud to lead Tecan Australia during this exciting time. Originally from Australia, I have worked with Tecan for 7 years, most recently in our headquarters in Switzerland as the Director of Market and Application Management.

We are presently in the final stages of setting up all processes and tools to serve you even better in the future. We have instigated a new hotline support number and any immediate service issues can be reported on +61 (0)7 3105 5010 .
